New Website Features Exclusively for WPS Dealers!

WPS Dealer feedback is extremely important to our business. Our mission is to do everything possible to support our network of public safety upfitters, stores, and reseller businesses by not just giving them a convenient place to get the products they need at a great price, but to provide them with a truly valuable service so that we can maintain the partnership we've created for the long haul. 

As a result of our July 2020 WPS Dealer Satisfaction Survey, we learned a great deal about how we could make their experience as a Dealer with WPS even better, and we immediately got to work on making those improvements come to life.

The WPS website, specifically, has been a labor of love for our team over the last two years. It is our goal to make the website not only a user-friendly place to buy our stock products, but for it to be a resource for them to help them better run their own businesses. Our recent survey provided us with some amazing ideas, and we are excited to announce that we are already launching several of them with lots more to come over the next few months. 

Here's what's new on the website:

• Back in Stock Email Alerts: Of the dealers surveyed, this was the #1 feature that was requested, with over 37% of survey responses. Simply click the bold red button on the out of stock product you are interested in and you will receive an alert via email the moment it comes back in stock!
• WPS Dealer Resource Center: Everything current WPS Dealers need to enhance their dealership with us, all in one place! Whether you want to request manufacturer catalogs, get a banner for your shop or even a custom graphic for your website, we did our best to make it easy so you can get on with running your business. You can also get the latest news about upcoming programs and training, schedule a meeting with our marketing experts, and lots more! • Enhanced Product Recommendation Engine: You may have noticed that every product page now has other products other Dealers like you have purchased together. We have been testing this feature for a couple of months and have gotten great feedback about it; so many have found it super helpful- they can not only discover new stock products but it also helps them to get what they need and check out much more quickly.

That's why we are working on making it a smarter experience so that you can spend less time searching for products for your customers.
