Q: Great selection of products, but I can't see any prices. Why not?

A: WPS is a Wholesale Distributor, which means we buy the products we carry online in large amounts and sell that stock to store owners, automotive up-fitters, and re-sellers. Businesses need to be set-up as WPS dealers and with a discount pricing level (based on individual factors) before they can receive a login and see pricing online.

Q: I am a firefighter and need lights and sirens for our department's trucks. Can we buy from you?

Q: I am a dealer/ upfitter/ re-seller. How do I apply to become a dealer?

A: You will need to fill out an application, as well as provide us with a Tax form and W-9 for your business. Everything you need is here!

Q: I can't find the product that I am looking for online. Does that mean you don't carry it?

A: We only show products online that are currently in-stock and ready to ship. However, that doesn't mean we can't get it for you! Contact us or use LiveChat from 8am-5pm EST M-F to find out about pricing, availability, and lead times on non-stock items. 

Q: What about more custom items like Lightbars- can I get those online as well?

A: You can see the available Light bar packages we carry here, with many configurable with sirens and speakers. Due to the fact that the lightheads need to be assembled and wired to the colors you specify, you need to email to place the order. 

Q: I can't login to my account! How can I re-set my password?

A: Don't worry! Simply click "Forgot Password" on the login page or contact customer service to re-set it.
